UHSR HARYANA MO RECRUITMENT 2024: EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
(i) Graduate in Medicine and Surgery from a recognized University or any other University or Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India.
(ii) Registered as Medical Practitioner with Medical Council of India or any other State Medical Council in Indian Union
(iii) Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit.
(iv) Preference to be given to those candidates who having MD/MS degree/PG diploma approved by MCI.
HOW TO APPLY: UHSR HARYANA MO RECRUITMENT 2024
Step 1: Kindly check the notification before applying that you are meeting all the required qualification and age limit.
Step 2:- Interested and eligible Candidates are required to apply by submitting online applications from 08.08.2024 at 9.00 AM, the link for which is available on the websites of health department and Pt. B. D. Sharma University of Health sciences Rohtak i.e. www.haryanahealth.gov.in & www.uhsr.ac.in respectively.
Step 3:- The candidate has to registered himself by using a valid mobile number & email Address.
Step 4: After registration candidates need to login to website to fill application online.
Step 5: The Candidates needs to upload the required documents, Latest photograph, and signature in the required size & format.
Step 6: Before submission of the online application, candidates must check through Preview/ Print option that they have filled correct details in each field of the application form.
Step 7 : The Candidates are advised to Save the application & take a print of the same for future reference.
The following documents required to be uploaded with Application Form:
- Scanned Photo duly signed by the Candidate. Scanned copy of Date of Birth.
- Scanned Signatures of the Candidate.
- Scanned copies of degrees and mark sheets of Educational Qualifications i.e. 10th, 12th, MBBS, MD/MS, Diploma & Registration Certificate.
- Scanned copy of SC/BC-A/BC-B/EWS/ESM/DESM/DFF etc. certificates.
- Scanned copy of PwBD Certificate. (For PwBD only).
- Scanned copy of Haryana Domicile Certificate.
- Scanned copies of Experience Certificate/s issued by the employer specifying that the Health Institution/Facility is Govt. or Govt. aided institutions and their Boards/Corporation.
8.Scanned copy of NOC from Department (For Haryana Govt. Employees who have signed Bond etc.) - Scanned copy of proof of having worked on contract/work-charged/ daily wages basis in any Department / Board / Corporation of Haryana
Government (For candidates claiming benefit of age relaxation).
